Rush Street Interactive, Gaming Realms Extend Partnership Into PA

• Gaming Realms signs first multi-state agreement with RSI to distribute full Slingo Originals portfolio in Pennsylvania.

CHICAGO - Rush Street Interactive (RSI) and Gaming Realms Inc. have announced the extension of their partnership deal to distribute RSI’s full Slingo Originals portfolio in New Jersey to the state of Pennsylvania.

By adding RSI’s largest territory to the agreement, Gaming Realms has signed its first multi-state deal with the company as a licensor and developer of mobile gaming content.

Gaming Realms’ Slingo Originals content will now not have to use a third-party aggregator but can directly integrate into the RSI platform through the terms of the agreement.

The expansion has strengthened the relationship between the two parties in the US markets for any future markets they may decide to enter together, along with offering better legal gambling user experiences.

Because RSI is one of the fastest-growing US gaming groups, the announcement of the deal increased shares in Gaming Realms to 23.3p which was a 5.6% jump on Thursday.
